Kefir and Herb Salad dressing

People often ask me about how I use milk kefir, this is one of the recipes that I really love to use it and is just another way of add kefir to our diets to improve our gut health. It’s also adds that zing to liven up a salad.

Ingredients

2 cups of plain milk kefir

2TB Olive oil

1 tsp Salt

4 TBS, fresh herbs of your choice, parsley, chives, basil, cilantro ( I used a your inspiration at home herb mix for mine)

 

2 tsp. Lemon juice

2 tsp. Raw Honey

2 tsp. Mustard

 

Method

Whisk the kefir, honey, oil, and juice together until smooth.

Add in herbs and mustard.

Cover and store in the fridge.

Stores for a weeks.
