HCG, Minute Steak Veggies and Noodles
Recipe serves one. A Phase 2 HCG Meal.
100 grams of thinly sliced beef,
1 cup of broccoli,
1 cup of kale
1/2 a sliced onion,
1 diced tomato,
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1/2 tsp of Italian herbs
1/2 packet of Slim Konjac Noodles,
1/2 cup Water.
1 tbs of Tomato paste.
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a frying pan, add 1/2 cup of water, sliced onions, garlic, broccoli and sliced kale, boil until the vegetables have softened. Add tomoatos and tomato paste to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
2. Prepare konjac noodles as described on the packaging.
3. While the vegetables are cooking season the minute steaks and cook quickly under a hot grill. Watch very closely as it’s easy to over cook them.
4. Place Noodles in the bowl, and serve vegetables and steak over the top, pouring any left over sauce over the top.
