HCG Blueberry smoothie

While doing the HCG Diet there are times when variety is needed and other times wIIhen having a staple is great. This blueberry smooth is one of my staples most mornings for breakfast, and so easy even my husband can make it. 🙂

HCG BBS1

Ingredients

1 cup of blueberries

1/8 tsp mineral salt

1 tsp Super Green blend From Changing Habits.

1 TBS  Feroxin

1 cup of water.

1 tsp stevia.

 

Method

1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or thermomix and blend.

You can service this over ice, or just how it is.  This is a single serve and can be increased per person.

 

* This recipe is a P2 version, but can be easily adapted for P3, P4 or Gaps, Paleo, General health.

** When not on HCG I added Kefir or Coconut milk instead of water.

*** I also enjoy this in Raspberry and Strawberry as well.
